Based on the customer’s location, A Representative will make arrangements to meet with said customer at a convenient time, location and at a negotiated fee. Consultation Fees, which include the cost of transportation as well as the representatives’ fee, are Non-Refundable and a deposit of 50% is required in advance.

The Business Week runs from Monday through Saturday, However, we can make arrangements to provide Sunday delivery. In addition to the rules outlined in the Return & Exchange Information section of the www.simplusities.com website, the following terms apply to ALL Simplusities orders:
SOCIAL MEDIA: You may make an order at any time via any of our various Social Media Channels by sending a direct message. When you make an order via any of these channels, you will be sent an email confirmation outlining delivery and payment information.
WEBSITE: Visit www.simplusities.com and add the desired products to your shopping cart. After the checkout process is complete, you will either be updated via your account and by email of when payment is received and your order has shipped, or by a representative who will provide you with further instructions such as in the case of Bank Transfers/Deposits.
A standard deposit of 75% is required before a special order can be made, with the exception of customers that fall into categories that override this rule. These items are not limited to the cosmetic products or brands that we have on our website or social media channels. When you place an order with www.simplusities.com the cost that you are quoted is a guaranteed total price, inclusive of all Customs Duties and Fees As well as a 5% service charge for placing the order. Special order deposits, like shipping & handling fees are non-refundable and as such a special order may not be cancelled after the order has been submitted to and shipped by the third party supplier. If a customer decides to return an item that has been special ordered, then the customer will absorb all return shipping fees and duties. Discounts are inapplicable to Special-Order Items.
Simplusities does not accept special orders for items that do not directly relate to our particular industry. This includes but is not limited to electronics and non-cosmetic, non-dermatological or prescription medication.
Special Order’s do not subscribe to the same delivery period as do standard orders of inventory items. Please see Shipping & Delivery Information for standard delivery times. The delivery time frame of a special order is always included in the quotation sent to the customer, and is based on the third party shippers delivery time
We currently Accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal & Bank Transfers/Deposits. Bank Transfers or Deposits may be done through BNS (The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica) or NCB (National Commercial Bank of Jamaica).
LOYALTY POINTS & DIVA DOLLARS.
We truly appreciate your loyal support. As a token of our appreciation we have implemented several Loyalty Programs and offers. We reserve the right to modify these terms as they become outdated and or inapplicable, and By participating in any of these offers and or promotions, you agree to the following terms and conditions for accumulation and or redemption:
- At no point can a customer combine any of the various forms of rewards. For example: Diva Dollars & Loyalty Dollars cannot be combined on a single purchase.
- Rewards may only be redeemed on new, non-sale item orders, and are not applicable to special orders.
- Rewards Points and Offers, unless otherwise stated, expire within 365 Days of accrual.
- Promotional Gift Certificates and offers, unless otherwise stated, expire within 365 Days of accrual
Diva Dollars are accrued and redeemable only at www.simplusities.com. Similarly, Loyverse Loyalty Rewards may only be accrued and redeemed through non website related transactions during which a physical or emailed receipt is produced.
Information We Collect
We recognize your right to confidentiality and are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information that we collect on our websites to provide you with a superior shopping experience and to communicate with you about products, services, and promotions. By Accepting the terms and conditions of our website via selecting Credit/Debit Card processing as your payment method, you agree that LASEAN Cosmetics trading as Simplusities, has the right to process your payment/financial information through our Offline Point of sale terminal.
Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
When you place an order online, your personal information and credit card or debit card information are encrypted using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet. We use SSL technology to prevent your information from being stolen or intercepted while being transferred to us and once we have received it. Your credit card information is always stored in encrypted form in a restricted-access database that is away from our website database so it is not connected to the Internet, to keep it safe from hackers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

As a business in 24/7 operation, it is normal for us to run out of some items that are part of our regular inventory. We however, continuously strive to re-order top selling items as well as to introduce new and innovative products and trends to our market, and as such you the consumer may rest assured that if an item is out of stock, then unless we have said otherwise the product will be restocked within a reasonable amount of time. If a customer has made a deposit on an inventory item that has run out of stock or has sold out during the course of the payment process, then Simplusities reserves the right to either suggest a product of equal value or source a replacement or alternative within a reasonable period of time.
DECLINED/CANCELLED ORDERS, AMENDMENTS
Customers reserve the right to cancel a Standard Inventory Order at any time before final payment is made. Please refer to Return & Exchange Information for details on how to cancel or return a standard order, or the “Special Orders” section of our Terms & Conditions section for our policy on returns and exchanges on Special Orders. If the customer would like to change their order, then they must submit the request within the time frame specified by the third party seller.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, All sale are final and we cannot accept returns on opened or used items such as Lipsticks, Brushes and any other item that is a potential carrier of bacteria with the exception that the product(s) has a manufacturer’s defect. In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the product that is received, the customer may refer to the Return & Exchange Information section of our page for the appropriate channels to follow. We are also conditionally willing to assist the client in reselling the item(s).
In the event that Simplusities cannot provide the customer with an alternative or replacement for an item that has been fully paid for, within a reasonable amount of time, then the customer may request a full refund. The customer must allow sufficient time for the refund to be processed and returned via the same method in which payment was made.
ABANDONED OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS
All Customers will be notified in advance when orders are available for delivery or local pickup. Customers may pay the balance before the order is delivered or on the day of delivery. The grace period for payment by General Customers is Three (3) to Seven (7) working days. In the event that a Special Order is abandoned, then Simplusities reserves the right to resell the products in an effort to recoup any losses incurred in the course of ordering and importing the product(s). Once ALL the product(s) quoted on the invoice have been resold, then the customer’s deposit will be refunded via the same or most convenient method of payment.
SPECIAL OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
In addition to all previously stipulated terms Simplusities reserves the right to alter or rescind offers without prior notice, though every effort will be made to notify our valued customers in advance. Simplusities also reserves the right to deny or grant access to expired, expiring, applicable and applicable offers, promotions and discounts with valid reason.
Personally Identifiable Information
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, request deletion, or deactivate it by making the change on the “your account” page or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your access request within 30 days. As long as your account is active, we will retain your information for the purpose of providing you with our services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us at privacy@simplusitiescom. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
